Topic 1: Write about your fitness and eating habits.

Introduction: Hey everyone, if you guys ask me how my health or my fitness, even with my eating habits maybe I can tell what you guys think of me that I would answer that one to myself too. Fitness and exercise: I think I always look up to myself for doing my daily aerobics in the morning though. It starts at 6:00 AM until 6:30 AM. I go cycling with my friends in the evening at the park next to my apartment. Sometimes I even go with my sister or my mother. And we go cycling for maybe around 1 hour and 30 minutes. I think we do like to go cycling a lot .  After that experience, I realized how much I love cycling and even exploring new places. Eating Habit: Well how to say this😅, actually this might happen when coming to eating habits for quite sometimes now. I would say that I started eating healthy about a long time ago though, I usually eat veggies at first, and sometimes I kind of rarely eat seafood like fish and shrimp.
